Creating database aspects profile and managing them is very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We use it as CRM is staffing agency we create candidates profile to maintain our database. However, we can't manage documents of them for that we need to take support from outside.

This is good for manaitaing databse of candidates.

What differentiates JobDiva from other similar products?
It is one of the important hands for our organization. As we know that ATS is one of the important parts of every staffing organization. So, we are using this tool mainly for sourcing, recruiting, record-management and onboarding. It plays all these roles perfectly without disappointing us. It needs some minor improvements and then it would lead the market. Overall, the experience is fantastic and mind-blowing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides great help with its integration with most of the job portals altogether. It saves the search terms and keywords of past or recent searches. The results are saved directly into the cloud of this platform and can be used appropriately with the sourcing section present in the dashboard. The tracker is really fantastic as it can collect all data on the activities of the employees, candidates, and their response time. Apart from that, it syncs with the mailing service and calendars and reminds of the important meetings or tasks with timely notification or alert emails directly into the inbox.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It auto-adds some terms based on their algorithm and those terms do not match with our records such as zip codes, salutations, etc. Also, it lags sometimes when we open multiple tabs at once and it starts responding slowly. It takes around five to ten minutes to respond in the proper way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is good for recruiting workers and performs amazingly for organizations. Overall, a perfect partner for recruitment industries.
