The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

Integration with Salesforce and other commonly used software platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is expensive and Brandwatch needs to become more transparent. The sales person sold our team features we did not need and we we asked our account manager for help she was not willing to work with us. Make sure you know what you are buying. I'd ask for a 14-day free trial next time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a list of features and then make sure you get a demo of those features. Make sure you know what you are buying. Think through the # of seats you need.

It is different from other similar products as brandwatch offers real-time monitoring, allowing businesses to stay on top of emerging trends, customer sentiments, and potential crises.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform's user interface is intuitive, making it accessible for both social media experts and those new to analytics. All together is easy to integrate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For those considering Brandwatch, I would recommend that if you own very small business then see other options but if you can afford it then surely go for it as it good product.

As of now loving it. While the interface is user-friendly, mastering all the features may take some time. I Would say, it;s value for money and gives you needed fetures for brand to grow and reach their target audience with ease.
