What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our finance team requires constant customer feedback in form of entry-forms or surveys, Zoho Survey helps us in creating effective & appealing surveys which are fun. This eventually helps us in tracking customer feedback and planning future path.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zero customization available in free version. Longer string workflows result in validation errors that are difficult to narrow down. Lack of high quality templates: it's always handy to have ready made templates available for use but Zoho Survey lacks in the same.

My favorite aspect of Zoho Survey is its customization options. You can tailor the surveys to match your brand perfectly, from adding logos to changing themes. It makes the surveys feel more professional and engaging.

What I don’t love about Zoho Survey is that some of the more advanced features, like complex branching and reporting, are only available in the higher-tier plans. It might feel limiting if you're on the free or lower-tier plans.

If you’re considering Zoho Survey, I recommend it if you’re already using other Zoho tools, as the integration is seamless. It’s perfect for creating professional surveys at an affordable price, but be aware that some advanced features require upgrading to a higher plan.

Creating and Distributing surveys through Zoho is easiest of all as it helps in immediate collecting of data and provides immediate result on submitting the responses. It is easy to use and navigate and can be taken in multiple languages without any challenge at all. It has wide variety of customizable templates and functionalities for enhancing the user experience and make it the best. It is one of the most affordable surveys as it is cost effective and can be bought and be used for longer time by small and mid sized businesses

Collecting responses have never been this easy. Zoho Survey helps in collecting responses and analyzing responses from thousands of data is just effortless without any issue. The surveys are sent in quick way on emails and other mode of contacts and can be filled in through any device. We have also added pole creator for collecting polls and extracting insights , sentiments and outcome from individual or group responses

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problem found. We are using it from past many years and no complaint filed at all with regard to same.

I would urge new and existing businesses to adopt Zoho Survey for capturing responses in quick and trouble free way as its usability is seamless and easy to comprehend. Now, with new additional features for capturing, sorting and grading individual responses have also been seen which helps in filtering and tagging of specific individual responses and helps to segregate.
