What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

The connection to the entire Zoho ecosystem makes a huge difference, as this allows you to get even more out of Zoho Social, whether to transfer potential clients to your sales platform or to manage campaigns and send them to social networks more easily. It has excellent integration with the CRM system, this is very important because you can capture new potential clients from social networks and transfer this client to the CRM system to follow up more closely, this transfer is done with a single button thanks to the integration to the entire Zoho ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The perfect connectivity with social networks simultaneously allows attention to all social networks to be equal, and you can share posts and manage interaction with all followers at the same time. It has a single inbox for all social networks, where all messages are received and the social networks from which each message comes are tagged, this helps to respond to customer messages quickly .It allows you to create automated bots to support followers in social media chats, to handle simple requests or create new support tickets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I never had any problems using Zoho Social. The platform performed very well during its use in the administration and constant management of our social networks, which allowed us to improve our positioning on social networks and for our company's social networks to have a better online presence, so that our clients could interact more easily with our team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that users use the scheduled posts function, this function is undoubtedly one of the most important and will allow you to maintain constant activity on social networks in an automated way. You can schedule many posts for different days and times, this will keep your social newtowrks active while you do other tasks.

Zoho Socials is extremely user-friendly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho socials is quite user friendly. you don't even have to sweat on navigating it, at first glance, you will definately get a hang of it

What do you dislike most about this product?

The discount on the purchase of this software can only be applied if you commit for one year, I would prefer if it can apply to shorter term commitments as well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would totally recommend if you are looking for an all in one space to manage your socials, either for yourself or for your clients
