Enterprise friendly CRM solution with new features

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho after sales service and renewal of licence is Enterprise friendly they understand the client scenario and make contract licence accordingly. Zoho CRM UI/UX is used friendly with sufficient graphics. Workflow automation and traceability is easy and simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The analytics tab have a decent data table with good graphical representations which helps the user for quicker analysis. The Zoho CRM provides most of the features in enterprise version such as Calendar, reminder, reports, analytics, Case management, Email etc. Project option helps a management to overlook on the project status and its productivity. UI /UX can be customised according to enterprise usability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version has minimum features. The user should make sure enough disk space is allocated for Zoho CRM for smooth functioning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho CRM provides a best CRM solutions according to the budget of the enterprise. And annual renewal of the licence is Enterprise friendly which is a crucial factor for continuation of the Zoho CRM services.

Excellent potential customer control system

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM offers better communication mechanisms that are much more direct with potential customers and this allwos for better results and better customer retention that with other similar platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho CRM allows me to track each of the potential clients in real time. Also, I love being able to diversify customer service by distributing each of the customer requests among those responsible for the sales sector, so we can give attention to many clients simultaneously. Zoho CRM also serves as a database and allows you to store and track the entire customer negotiation process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The prices for each license are the only negative thing that Zoho CRM has, it is an incredible platform with excellent services that allow a correct distribution of potential cleints and sales support. I belive that this platform should offer better prices that beat the competition.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using this product widely in the company in conjunction with the Marketing sector, in order to obtain more potential clients and have greater retention.
