Great all-in-one platform for small businesses
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
HubSpot Marketing Hub stands out from other marketing platforms due to its all-in-one solution, integrating marketing automation, CRM, sales tools, and customer service into a single platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its seamless CRM integration. This makes it easy to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring that customer data flows smoothly between the two functions. It allows for personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns that are directly informed by real-time sales insights, leading to more effective lead nurturing and higher conversion rates. The integration streamlines processes and eliminates the need for separate tools, making it a highly efficient solution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its **pricing structure**, especially for small businesses. While it offers a wide range of powerful features, many of the advanced tools and capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans, making it expensive as your business grows. The cost can quickly become prohibitive for companies with tight budgets, particularly when trying to access more advanced automation, reporting, or CRM features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
- Take Advantage of HubSpot Academy: HubSpot offers extensive training resources for beginners and advanced users. It's a great way to get the most out of the platform. - Assess Your Budget: Be mindful of the pricing tiers, as advanced features are available only in higher plans. Ensure that the cost aligns with your business’s needs.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Command center for our marketing management

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
Without a doubt, it has been the direct channel to achieve the satisfaction of our clients, since through marketing campaigns we have had the direct channel to achieve solid and integrated commercial strategies that allow us to reflect our message in a clear and direct way, which is a point in favor of our name and our brand. On the other hand, it has been an ideal tool to achieve efficiency and automation in various processes for the marketing team, simplifying tasks and speeding up the sending of promotional campaigns. It is an open space for productivity, campaign management and process streamlining.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has everything in one. It is incredible how it is possible to include various functions in one place and manage our work completely. It allows us to make email campaigns with the configuration of the landing page in an automated way, managing the database and streamlining processes. It is possible to quickly have a large amount of work ready, with every little detail. It is intuitive with a complete interface, it does not provide any problem through its functions, since each one of them is solid. It is a simple and undoubtedly complete platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its price is one of the things that are difficult to manage, it can become too expensive, understanding that it provides incredible tools, however, its high subscription prices seem to be too much. There are some constant updates that are difficult to maintain. If one of the team members has not updated, it does not allow them to follow the workflow and this is a limiting feature for our teamwork. We have encountered the inconvenience of correctly editing the design of some emails with multimedia files, sometimes it is not so easy to move or adjust the sizes of these.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Contact management through email allows you to maintain a list of clients and thus the sending of campaigns in a simple way. It is one of its best features and has been very useful to our team.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Intuitive platform satisfying multiple marketers!!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
It's a lot easier for entire Marketing and IT departments to use than other platforms. Where other platforms require a lot of IT knowledge to understand and have difficult to remember navigation, HubSpot is very easy for users even with a small amount of computer experience to use. It also tracks enrollment and participation in workflows much better than other platforms, building out rich Contact profiles as the Contacts are sent emails and interact with forms. It is on a good product roadmap and I already see that AI is being integrated in - they have gotten ahead of the coming evolution in marketing automation while other vendors catch up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to see each Contact's history over time. You can see everything from their initial interactions all the way through their participation in Workflows, Email sends, and SMS sends -- as well as their visits to forms and web pages - all in the same place.! I also like the ability to build and use a Content library - that support mobile usage. Over time templates can be developed that are mobile optimized so that you don't have to change much on the design of each email. I also enjoy the Workflows as they can automate very long or very short Customer Journeys- using data from HubSpot or using data from an integration- or both,
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bit expensive- and there is a lot of focus on the quantity of Contacts in the database. This can be frustrating for an organization that has million s of Customers. Sometimes they suspect the Customer of sending spam when this is not so- and the platform reflects an anti-spam viewpoint which sometimes goes to the extreme. Also it isn't good at preserving analytics in the reporting platform historically - if you are deleting contacts,, you should export your historical reports first - otherwise you will see them disappearing from the Reports for the campaigns they participated in. This is something I wish they would find a way around-.!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Map out your processes. Map out your workflows outside of any system. Plan out what you want to build in HubSpot and in what order. Leverage what you create to build new. Build templates for lists, workflows, Pages, and Emails and test them before you go live - and use the templates. Try not to build new content that doesn't use a template. Also train all your staff who are going to be using the platform and audit their usage. If they are licensed and never log in, see about reassigning the license. Oversee usage and compliance to template usage in particular. Make sure to use Folders and naming conventions to organize your HubSpot materials.

- Helps Innovate
