What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Airtable is the only process management tool I know of , that has successfully combined the simplicity which comes with a spreadsheet with the strength of a standard relational database. As a result of this, I am able to merge the power of database management with day to day spreadsheet work, thereby letting me visualize data in unique ways, collaborate with my team using provisions like mentions and commenting. Most importantly, I am seamlessly automating aspects of internal processes in my department from within the spreadsheet layouts of Airtable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Airtable provides me access to multiple viewing options for tasks and processes I am managing on the platform. On Airtable, some of my most used viewing options includes Kanban, Grid, Calendar and Gantt. The ability to manage tasks and processes with a variety of viewing options gives me multiple viewpoints for the same data or process, thereby making me more efficient with decision making and task management .
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have granular control over my database on Airtable . Also, data validation on Airtable as it relates to unique values are limited, and this has sometimes led to mistakes in data entry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will advice anyone looking to utilize Airtable to take good advantage of the pre-built templates which comes with Airtable. Second to this , is that adopting professionals should endeavour to customize pre-available templates on Airtable to fit their own internal workflows.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Airtable is very easy to use for all levels of users. It offers a wide range of templates to tailor various industrial requirements in the case of project management, CRM, and event planning. Also, its automation capabilities are highly friendly and integrate straight away into our workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is not limited to a few types of workflows or activities, It is flexible enough to modify itself according to the needs of different departments without demanding any external involvement. In this way, make it adaptable for various business scales such as for startups and for large enterprises.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven’t come across any of its negative aspects as it offers many beneficial features such as time tracking capabilities, permissions, reporting, and integration capabilities to streamline our workflow along with giving a deep view and strong hold on its functioning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With the proper deployment, training sessions, and automation capabilities, Airtable can become a valuable tool to streamline workflow and improve collaboration across team members. Keep an eye on the addition of new features to align them with your businesses.
