What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom offers some very good features, such as easy access, audio and video recording, with HD quality, screen sharing, custom registration form, can be used on mobile devices with the same capabilities as the desktop version, drawing from the screen is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that everyone can join in from wherever they are. The tool works well, it is accessible from any device. I can organize meetings, webinars and add them to the Google or Outlook calendar and invite more than 200 people. The host controls are exceptional. The host will edit or exclude the meeting participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the free version of zoom allows only 45 minutes of meetings, they should be more flexible, 1 hour a day at least is enough. Sometimes when I register for webinars and meetings, the custom forms are not responding and the registration fails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an intuitive and focused tool, with it you can organize conferences, webinars, meetings that allow you to share and take screenshots of the most interesting things. It also gives us the opportunity to make things much more accessible at a time when we cannot be physically present.

Zoom is the best known and most traditional video conferencing tool on the market. I can say that it is the most complete because in addition to including videoconferencing features, it has remote control, screen sharing and other security features of the virtual room. With this tool it is possible to save money on travel and commuting time as videoconferences are getting better every day.

Points I like to highlight in Zoom is its friendly interface, clean and with all its features and resources well arranged in the area. The tool optimizes high quality video and audio while consuming less bandwidth and avoids delay problems. Licensing is per user and has a very good price for all the features that are offered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly we have been using Zoom for years and we have no reports of bugs, technical problems with the tool. Virtual meetings and presentations have always taken place without major problems. When there is a problem, it is the internet link, but not Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend purchasing more licenses, the more licenses purchased the greater the discount on each one. It is important that each employee has his own and can hold his meetings, presentations anywhere. During the Covid pandemic the tool has been used every day for teams to get together and work normally from home.

The video quality and audio transmission that Zoom offers is unmatched, it offers a perfect visualization of each participant of the videoconference and this allows a fluid communication at all times and with an adaptable quality. I hope this video quality is always maintained, as it is the main difference factor for Zoom.

I really like that Zoom has an excellent transfer of files or documents for each videoconference that is being carried out, I consider that this function is extremely important for our entire company because it allows us to send and receive information quickly and safely while we communicate . Another factor that I like about Zoom is that this platform has a panel design that is too easy to use, streamlines group communication, and allows users to start and configure video conferences in just a few minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom presents problems when sharing screen with the participants of each videoconference, the screen sharing is extremely slow compared to other platforms that offer a fairly fluid screen sharing. Currently, we do not use screen sharing due to the bad experience it left us, but we are confident that Zoom will improve this feature as quickly as possible so that we can get more benefits from it in the short and long term.

I would recommend this platform to any company that needs open communication with any of their colleagues or to conduct all kinds of long distance negotiations. Zoom is a platform that performs flawlessly, simplifies the communication process, and delivers unmatched video quality. It is very stable in its version for computers and in its version for mobile phones.
