The best thing about Zoom is to have external clients onboard so easily.

I like how can I invite non team memers to meetings very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that this tool can load real faster than already it is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend them to use paid plan if possible because some features are really beyond imagination.
