What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom provides enough time for zoom meetings even when you are on a free version. The ability to share screen during the meeting makes presenting work more fun and easy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the waiting rooms of Zoom, they make sure our meetings are safe and also provided us with an extra way of how to authenticate members since we can determine who can join the meeting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zooms works fine for me and I am okay with the tool, I have not seen any downtime of Zoom unfortunately sometimes, the sound and audio quality during meeting tend to lower the quality

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend Zoom for online meeting and video conferences
