Once great but now feels dated and in need of love

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It's very stable on calls, i would say reliability is still where Zoom works best in this category

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The webinar features are nice!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and UX, the web admin is a sea of menus, it's all too much and dated. Zoom keep adding features that are huge but not addressing some of the core problems of the product and making it more complex in the process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At this stage, it's the defacto standard for video calling. You can't go wrong with it but spend enough time with it and you start to wish for something better.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It has the Zoom spaces and waiting room that helps the Host to maintain all those in the meeting and the tool has the mute for all function for admin to mute all voices for participants during the meeting to provide a conducive environment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the Pricing of the Zoom because it is cheap to use and I like the virtual background that I can use to create a good looking background during online meeting

What do you dislike most about this product?

The application of the mobile provides echoes when there are more people in the meeting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool
