What differentiates Zonka Feedback from other similar products?

The survey editor was easy to use to make your surveys. The prebuilt templates cover most of the things needed by tiny business like ours. There are several options available. The Survey Builder is extremely simple to use with various features and customization options. The builder permits you to click to create (customize). I even have no interest in using code to customize. Thus, I favor the quick and versatile design in Zonka Feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

After looking into the Zonka, i feel there’s an excessive amount of potential. Our team was looking for the same platform in the past months and that we were happy to come across Zonka. I personally just like the Whitelabel features, and the different multichannel touchpoints based on the application. I’m yet to find the various integration however in principle having Zapier and Google Sheets permit our team to readily bring Zonka into our toolkit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I return from using Google Forms to make surveys. I even have to work out all the new tools/features in Zonka Feedback. I don’t consider this a drawback to the app. Expect to be patient to read through the various options on every page.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Offer Zonka a try. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. You’ll simply create CSAT surveys for your business and close the loop on the feedback from the surveys.

What differentiates Zonka Feedback from other similar products?

Zonka Feedback is a good survey tool that gives a comprehensive solution to assemble user feedback and opinions. The tool has very sturdy options comparable to an easy-to-use applications programme Survey Builder, templates, answer piping, and survey logic. The developers have invested plenty of time in making this platform and have thought of everything that brings surveys to life. They have an honest knowledge base for a new user to begin using their platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that you can produce custom surveys terribly simply through their site/dashboard. You can conjointly activate kiosk mode through their app on you iPad for once you’re having face to face interactions with consumer and customers and need instant feedback. It’s also nice that you can white label your surveys, so that they come back from your domain.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setup is easy, but a bit tedious. Would be nice if there have been premade queries you’ll simply drag and drop instead of typing in manually. You’ll map the fields for use with Mailchimp or th link, but would be nice to own first name & last name severally for listing integration. (If this exists already I didn’t see the way to do it). The animation between questions could be a little lacking. Perhaps the feedback interface (in client view) isn’t as “fun” as say TypeForm but it runs it close.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely offer Zonka a try if you’re searching for a totally customizable survey solution. This is often a user friendly app that works through a dedicated website and through a mobile app.

What differentiates Zonka Feedback from other similar products?

Zonka Feedback has been extremely rated within the market for a protracted time. You’ll quickly customise a survey to suit your desires using the accessible templates. Compared to a different software package with similar features, “Qwary” I’m terribly impressed with Zonka feedback. I used to be able to replace the software i was using with Zonka simply. It integrates well with Zapier, and searching forward to trying to send a survey via SMS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe the feedback interface (in client view) isn’t as “fun” as say TypeForm however it runs it close. If the language option had a way to auto-translate from English to the opposite option, that might be even better.
