What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho social successfully automates the series of activity between social media monitoring , publishing and reporting . Leading to an augmented team workflow approach to social media management, whereby it is easy to measure performance of my teams social media strategy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho social greatly excels when it comes to automating the process of generating or scheduling bulk content postings across social media platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Social listening is an area where Zoho social just does not do enough ,especially if compared with standard social listening software solutions. Zoho social appears to attempt to do too much and this is the reason for its weakness in this area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
intuitive social media management solution , which takes care of the basics of social media management. Although , it does not provide over the top features, it does a good job nevertheless.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social helps me plan out and deliver content across multiple channels. To my knowledge, Zoho Social is the only social media management program that allows me to plan updates for my clients on both LinkedIn and Twitter. Only Zoho Social was useful to me, thus I didn't sign up for any of their other services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Even though I've only ever used the Zoho Social app once, I want to return to it soon. It's a handy all-in-one solution for keeping tabs on and controlling all of your social network accounts. If TicToc or YouTube is where you spend the most of your time, you might want to look elsewhere for employment opportunities. On the other hand, if you spend a lot of time on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, this is fantastic software. While I didn't put them to use, I saw the team features advertised everywhere and realized how simple it would be to collaborate with others.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There wasn't an obvious place to click that would allow me to personalize my posts. My attempts to find it were futile. In the end, I had to manually post the identical material across numerous platforms rather than using a single button. Having access to a social media platform similar to Tik Tok or YouTube, where users can share and view video content, would be wonderful. Despite the fact that you can upload films to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, such clips won't be presented in reel form. Furthermore, there is nowhere to share Instagram Stories.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We required a system that could handle a high volume of simultaneous user accounts while yet providing powerful customization options as necessary. That appears to be just what we got with Zoho Social. Scheduling a client's full month's worth of social media posts in a single day, and checking in on the analytics every day to gauge the success of those posts. Effortlessly, it serves its purpose.
