What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
You may control many brands or artists' social media presence by creating unique brand profiles. That's how I've been able to automate mundane tasks like scheduling social media posts. It's also a great way to maintain connections and comments without having to visit each individual profile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Social provides a wealth of options for ensuring that the company's social media channels are always current and facilitating seamless, instantaneous communication with the audience. I appreciate the ability to track all of our published content as it is released across all of our platforms, and the ability to generate custom reports using this tool. The device is well-designed in that it is simple and straightforward to operate. It also boasts excellent customer service and works nicely with the rest of Zoho's offerings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application's "Monitor" tab lacks robust capabilities for keeping tabs on data that might be useful to a company's brand. The updates appear in a columnar format. There is a restriction on how many more choices we may add to the column. The parameter we would want to track cannot be found through a search.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My social media marketing and campaign development have been greatly aided by Zoho Social. I had the same problem getting engagement on my social media postings until I learned how to better target my audience and determine which platforms were most suited for the various types of material I was sharing. From that point on, I could track the source of my sales, which allowed me to fine-tune my pricing and ultimately boost my income.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
My time spent with ZOHO CRM as a whole has been extensive, but I'm happy to have stuck with the service for our sales teams in the end.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, as a self-employed person working in sales, having a reliable and effective mobile app experience is therefore essential. Many CRMs fall short in this regard, as their mobile apps offer so little functionality that they hardly serve any purpose outside of providing access to the desktop version. In contrast, Zoho has done a great job of preserving a substantial subset of the app's original functionality, which played a significant role in my decision to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In order to get the most out of the CRM, some time and effort will need to be invested up front, but this is offset by the app's high degree of customizability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It was immediately helpful with the default settings. Since it's simple to pick up, it's been widely adopted. Fields and formulas can be modified to meet specific requirements with a minimum of fuss. User-defined views and filters are also easily defined and "remembered" for use at subsequent logins.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social is fully integrated with the Zoho suite, allowing for easy integration with other Zoho tools such as CRM, Campaigns, and Analytics. It can also measure and analyse social media performance, making it easy to make decisions and improve social media strategy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Social is that it offers a wide variety of digital marketing tools, such as competitor analysis, post scheduling and rich content. These advanced tools make Zoho Social an excellent choice for those who need to improve their marketing strategy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A negative aspect of Zoho Social could be the limitation in terms of integration with other non Zoho tools, as some integrations are limited and not available for all third party tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Social is also easy to use, meaning users can start using it quickly without a learning curve and offers a wide variety of digital marketing tools.
