It allows you to engage website visitors live on your website. Help them find solutions faster. It also provides website traffic analysis

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The rings - leads are placed in different rings on the website based on website viusitor's activities and how long they stay on the website. This helps you identify cold, warm and hot leads

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. It's a great product

Easy to capture leads data and can work on the things where we need improvement. Also, one can check the site traffic, customer experience, seamless integration and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Perfect for analyzing the whole website traffic and user behavior real time which helps to meet the user specific needs and chance to improve the quality of website which eventually converts in leads or conversions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much but there is sometimes issue in loading, notifications and integration so need to work little bit to improve all the things

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The UI/UX is mind-blowing and intuitive. Amazing to get the audience engagement journey with their deep insights.

Zoho SalesIQ is able to track the behavior of users. The platform has a live chat. It has the option to set up AI messaging. The reporting is excellent. Canned responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I have found to dislike, I have had a great experience with Zoho SalesIQ.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoho SalesIQ, it has helped us provide a great customer experience and boost the growth of the business and the best part is that it helps you get to know your prospects well so that sales can increase.
