What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Zoho Meeting is featured to use the different template options for pre-registration, also to use screen, share, record and save information and use later, excellent for real-time collaboration even on the go in the mobile application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoho Meeting is practical and intuitive, easy to use and integrate it with other online tools: Gmail, CRM, Outlook, Teams, it is safe for quality video conferences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoo Meeting offers a high price configuration in its subscription models.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoho Meeting for interactive webinars with live questions, answers, and polls with instant results for detailed analysis.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Zoho Meeting is competitive in enabling remote access to work teams in meetings, and it supports recording and storage of up to 12 hours of conferences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoho Meeting for working with customizable registration forms for seminars, very useful for avoiding unwanted participants when configuring the confidentiality of meetings, also for conducting surveys and rounds of live questions and answers during the course of webinars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Meeting subscription costs are high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoho Meeting because it does not require downloading the application to create and participate in meetings and seminars; To do it from the browser, it also allows integration options with other services in the Zoho and Google suite.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Zoho Meeting has authentic features for recording, sharing, replaying, and downloading held conferences, and accessing application usage analytics reports during seminars.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoho Meeting is available for Android and iOS devices, also to download the desktop plugin version for Windows and macOS, as well as extensions for Google Chrome and Firefox. The option for seminars is useful for presentations and service demonstrations and products for online customers. .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Meeting is great for when the organizer, moderate’s user participation: controls who can join the session, grants speaking and presenter permissions in seminars, mutes or removes participants when necessary so that it is competent to work without inconvenience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoho Meeting to work together and directly with other participants, to enable remote access during meetings, as well as to organize sessions and manage attendee participation.
