What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
It has a lock meeting feature that locks the meeting and prevents even the users with a link to join the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It features a recording functionality for screen sharing whereby it allows me to capture every activity that has transpired during screen sharing along with the audio. It offers remote collaboration access whereby participants can access the presenter’s screen using their mouse and keyboard for contribution and collaboration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes so far
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product offers very unique features compared to most products in its category I would recommend it.

Whether it is holding webinars or virtual meetings, Zoho Meeting offers the best features and capabilities. In addition, the ease controls makes it easy to use and anyone without prior exposure can get around Zoho Meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is the ease of use - anyone can use this software I also like the scalability aspect of Zoho Meeting The quality of its features such as video and audio makes it desirable for business use
What do you dislike most about this product?
No substantial problems yet. It has been very good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Meeting is for businesses that needs a virtual meeting software that works without buffering and one that is easy to use, affordable and scalable. Therefore, if you are shopping for such a software, I recommend it.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
I like that Zoho Meeting uses a web-based platform that does not require my clients to download another meeting program to their phone or computer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Email invitations, reminders and automatic addition of the scheduled call to iOS/macOS Calendar work instant and just perfect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Server stability should be address on a priority.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Meeting is a well established platform, It provides us with what we need. Usability friendly, GDPR compliant and through encryption the security is the way it should be.
