What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
Stunning to hold conference meeting with clients with high quality video calls. Love how its instant to share files and document. Efficient to call via voice calls and very high quality sound.

Voice calls are of high quality making communication efficient. Reliable to faster share files and document. Secure with end of end encryption of private conversation. Reliable to schedule for meeting

It's a great software with ease of intergration to Zoho CRM

Great for end to end encryption of private communication. Reliable for screen share which is easy to connect smoothly. The mobile app is super friendly.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
With Zoho meetings, your online presence, meetups, educational and informational webinars becomes nothing less than of those you have at your office or at school. This is such great platform that meets the needs of users and clients in the best possible means. It comes with great integration and the price factor is also very much reasonable and affordable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When a company or any organization host an online meeting of any sort, this is very important that your audience (tech friendly and non-tech friendly) have lesser issues so that they can focus more on what is the agenda. With Zoho meetings we are sure that nobody – even non-tech people – doesn’t face much struggle to join the meetings and use it in one go. It is super user-friendly and we like that about it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have purchased a plan that is suitable for our business but still, when we host webinars, they are billed according to per hour and with many other factors separately. We do wish that they could make it a wholesome package that will be economical. Also, a huge disappointment is that it is not available on phone and this is your phone generation era.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is one very important factor that you must consider, it is privacy. Surely the online systems helps us with our everyday tasks, but privacy and security is another level of concern for every company and we enjoy that at Zoho meetings, it is affordable and suit needs of all types of organizations.
