What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

The customer relationship management. It provides great management of clients account. You can do everything at one place. You can easily convert a lead into account. It keeps the track of timelines and due dates. It can easily be integrated with other software. Every user can easily access data. It enables ease of analytics. The dashboard has great features. It helps in analysis of data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho CRM is good and well suited customer relationship management platform for all types of organizations. It is the best tool for our company. We found to organize and manage customer relationship and keep them in touch with as long term. It keeps running our sales process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer service is good but they do not solve all the problems, they solve only specific one like there are still some problems left which were faced by me and, I reported and they didn't solve this so all I want to say about their customer service other than that new users find it little bit confusing and take time in using all the features and functionality properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can easily create dashboards where you can see potentials from each marketing channel. The web application is very amazing, and the mobile application has great flexibility. It has incredible features. The integration with social media accounts are very helpful.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Best project management found within a CRM system with great features of marketing automation and integration with other third-party vendors. Its just full of features and very easy to use as compared to any other CRM

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very user friendly, it took us one training (One day) to learn how to use Zoho, even the non-technical people in our customer services team got a very good grip of the CRM in days. Other than that the lead scoring system of Zoho is relatively easier to implement and it's very useful for the qualifications of the leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found any flaws within the CRM, I could suggest improvements within the reporting (Dashboards)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is one of the best and most affordable CRM systems which is essential for every business and is very easy to use. Would not require a specialist to use it as anyone can learn all the capabilities of the CRM.
