Mass emailing and analytics. Great for data collection and monitoring. Great for marketing as marketing research is a great feature.

Lead generation and marketing. Role based access control and management. High degree of workflow automation and follow up

Workflow automation and follow up. Cross-platform as can be accessed over web across various devices. Integration with 3rd party applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great customer support. Great dashboards and UI Great analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Record fetching and updating is not easy.

A must have tool for workflow automation and customer management.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is extremely powerful! The list of features and capabilities is endless Everyday I learn something new or about a new vendor attachment that takes Zoho CRM to the next level. When you use the Zoho One system, which includes Zoho CRM plus over 20 other applications, you start to realize this product is about to make your business life so much easier!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to manage leads and quickly communicate with them by a single push of a button.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have any dislikes other than it could use more formula fields in the customization of templates along with the ability to use a formula field in the calculation of another formula field.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you get Zoho One! The CRM is powerful and does everything you need but the Zoho One Suite will take you to the next level. Website, Social media, scheduling meetings, bookings, invoicing, etc. The list is endless! Plus they are constantly adding new apps every year!
