What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho campaigns is unique with the reports that it provides. List based segmentation of user emails can be done which can be viewed in the reports as well. Also, we can schedule emails based on the time zone of the users at one go which is awesome

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Zoho Campaigns is the simplicity with which I can import email data as well as email templates. Wide variety of default templates are also available which is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of any major dislike with Zoho campaigns

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Businesses who want to connect with their clients and automate certain aspects of email communication must definitely consider Zoho campaigns

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Campaigns is an all-in-one marketing and sales software that helps you to create, manage, and analyze your marketing campaigns. It enables you to track your sales, target customers, and send personalized emails. You can also view reports and analyze your performance in real time. The Zoho Campaigns software is available for Mac and PC.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It still needs to work on introducing more features and integrations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Campaigns has many features such as: - Create new campaigns or import existing ones from Salesforce, Google AdWords, Mailchimp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or other sources. - Organize your contacts by importing contacts from Outlook or Gmail. - Send customized emails directly from the campaign dashboard. With Zoho Campaigns’ email template builder tool, you can build professional emails with beautiful templates and colors to send to your customers from a single dashboard. - Review your data in real time with rich reports such as Average Open Rates, Bounce Rate and Click Through Rate.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho campaigns is easily integratable with other 3rd party application like a CRM software so that we can easily drive the email ids and other data. Also, Zoho campaigns has all the features of a high end email marketing software and is available at a cheaper rate

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect with Zoho campaigns has go to be the various email templates that are available in it. We have a plethora of options and that makes our work very much interesting

What do you dislike most about this product?

The deliverability is quite low in Zoho campaigns. Also, emails can get easily blacklisted through Zoho

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say this is a great substitute for softwares like Mailchimp. This has all the functionalities of a high end email marketing software and is available at a very cheap rate too
