What differentiates Xero from other similar products?
The accounting service offered by Xero for our company has been positively beneficial due to the amount of options it offers, from online bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and a wide range of options that facilitate and develop the work in the accounting area of our company, while maintaining great security in our data and accounting books. Xero is a very complete package for all those who wish to automate their company's accounting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The accounting is taken directly from the bank database resulting in a greater flow of information automating from sense the entry and exit of money. Allows you to manage employee payroll making the process much more effective. It has a large number of integrations making it much easier to use the tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could be simplified much more the area of reports giving more relevant data and not extending so much in terms of information not so vital at the moment. The add-ons are usually a bit expensive and take a long time to arrive after being requested causing delays. The dashboard could improve and be more interactive, the truth is a little obsolete at first glance, it should be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Xero can greatly improve its service to small businesses that are affected by the various failures or lack of complements that may have the software, however, in general the software works very well, they should only provide a little better customer service as it leaves much to be desired at times, in addition to long waits to be served, they are not available 24/7. The improvement of important reports is also vital for the constant development of this tool and the companies that use it on a daily basis.

What differentiates Xero from other similar products?
We use this software for our company's accounting and bank reconciliation. The software is very easy to use and has nothing to do with other complicated software that has been used in the past. With Xero I can do inventory and invoicing in a few clicks and in a few steps. It is very intuitive and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One feature I like, is that it has mobile access, with the same functions and tools as its web version, so we can perform operations without problems outside the office. Bank reconciliations are done almost automatically, as well as payment collections. The calculation of taxes, expenses and other calculations are done perfectly and without errors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be a little confusing that the program gives several alternatives to do the same operation. I would also like the system to have an alert to know and know the customers in arrears and late payments, in this way to carry all the information in the same program and not have to access Excel lists for this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a software that has allowed us to be much faster and more efficient in the finance department of the company. Our invoices are paid up to date, without delays; the attention given by the support department has always been excellent, answering our doubts, that is why we are satisfied with the service.
