Workday is widely recognized as a leading HCM platform in the HRIS industry. Learning how to operate this system effectively will provide you with access to a wealth of useful information. It's fantastic that HR professionals have the opportunity to learn and utilize such a powerful and intricate system, and the system's capabilities are essential to the success of any business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday is a robust HRIS platform that stores a wide variety of company resources. Workday is used for Human Resource functions, as well as Talent Optimization and People Analytics. Possessing this comprehensive information in one convenient system is priceless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, if used by the proper company, the investment might pay off handsomely. The system's complexity is beyond what we need as a medium-sized business, yet it's important for us to understand all the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Human capital management is an issue that can be easily handled using Workday HCM. It's used for everything from new hire paperwork to tracking employee certifications and performance reviews. This must be housed in one convenient area.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

I think the UI is a bit more confusing than ADP, which I have used before

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pay, HR, and Benefits are all included and shown in one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some workflows are awkward - for instance, when you download pay slips, they aren't downloaded automatically to your computer, and they aren't downloaded immediately - instead you have to wait for the download to finish and you have to go to the top navigation bar to download the pay slips.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare with other competitor products like ADP

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Much more comprehensive than other HRIS systems used. It does need sometime to get used to and can feel a bit more cumbersome as the UI may not be that user friendly as other HRIS and can feel very SAP like

Takes time to train the admins & team & IT security team can have their own issues when dealing with corporates

Not for under 50 people team.
