What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Webex meeting helps a lot when troubleshooting issues with Cisco TAC as they primarily use Cisco Webex.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cisco Webex video conferencing experience is very good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cisco Webex windows application is a bit laggy and it works well in browser compared to the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a network team working in operation for enterprise networks, then Webex is a must have, as Cisco only uses Webex for Video calls and conferencing.

Webex makes our conferences more interactive

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
We use this tool for our online conferences and workshops and we have found it to be perfect, as it helps us to create much more interactive and participative conferences, so our audience is much more connected with the workshops and with all the information we are providing. It has tools like live chat that allows us to create feedback between us and the participants.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to create polls and questions to the audience while the conference is taking place, so we can know the interests and doubts of the participants. I also like that it eliminates any external noise that exists, both from the speaker and the participants, so it eliminates any kind of distraction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is a very useful software for us, the truth is that a high quality internet is needed for the meeting to run smoothly, so if you have a low or medium speed internet, it is better to use other options. Sometimes the translator can be delayed, making communication difficult between participants of other languages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a stable internet, you can be sure that your meetings, workshops and conferences will be much more interactive with the quality that the participants are expecting. It is a very useful software for us, as our online conferences have increased as well as the number of participants, thanks to the change to the best software.
