Flexibility and configuration breadth for decentralized companies

Lack of custom data integration files from Pro to WFM

If you use UKG Pro for HCM, this is a no brainer for WFM

UKG offers a total, comprehensive package that provides all aspects of an HRIS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the HRSD product that is an adjunct of UKG Pro - it allows me to automate processes across the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UKG has done a lot of innovation and changing, yet there are still many issues that are many customers' pain points that are not being addressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While implementation is challenging, getting UKG Pro set up properly the first time will save a lot of headaches.
