One thing I don't like is its high price; on the other hand, the mobile app doesn't have the best performance or all the features of the desktop one.

It's difficult for me to track out older posts for cloning purposes. Though I like Sprout Social's focus on accessibility, I would like to see more suggestions for improvements. For instance, I wished to include alt text but had to consult documentation to figure out how to do so. In a similar vein, I wish the preview was more accurate.
