What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I like that it is much like an excel spreadsheet but you can really build out your system however you do like to meet the needs of unique projects. It allows my small team to be able to communicate and stay on task with the numerous projects we have going on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's more secure than sharing an internal document with the outside world because it doesn't not backup to our server and exposes us to potential security concerns. I don't need to add formulae because Smartsheet has so many capabilities also it saves me a lot of time in my day job after I figured out how to make it work for the unique demands of my area. Smartsheet allows me to save time,the time saved translate into money saved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't come across any for now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps remain on track from start to finish. It's a simple method to collaborate on a single file without having to worry about various versions. It allows our staff to stay organized and communicate regularly without the need for lengthy sessions.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I can say that the Smartsheet is pretty simple and straightforward. You can get the job done here and that’s it. Unlike many alike platforms in terms of its interface, it is quite simple, easy to understand, and workable. It is more like an Excel spreadsheet, get the job done and just get done with it. I personally like this platform. There is no time wasted in learning the platform, the process is simple, you get the job done and that is it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

These smarter sheets will help with the whole process of management of your tasks. You can create a workflow, assign tasks, keep an eye on the workflow, see the results and finish it finally. This one is odd in the world of a project management platform; however, it is known to be super easy and get more turnovers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The documents upload on one ticket is limited and this limitation is just not acceptable. When the limit’s reached the whole process will become manual and you will need to do the labor. If you have more members on the team, the work will be immensely huge. The mobile application is the missing piece for this perfect project management platform. Mobile apps help people with being always on the go and ready to work. They can have access to work almost all of the time and there will be no need to keep a laptop with you when you are outside your office. I will be a huge help truly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is nothing fancy and extra here. The pricing is also quite reasonable and the features are up to the mark. So, if you are looking for something like this, I will suggest you go for it.

Smartsheet beats out the competition since it's simple to use, packed with useful features, and less expensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy Smartsheet's features. The dashboard tool is attractive and delivers data well. Our coworkers prefer getting real-time updates on team initiatives. I enjoy the notion of interactive sheets, dashboards, and reports. Getting everyone in a room to work together so these components can communicate. It's allowed us to concentrate on a single platform to meet our team's needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I despise some Smartsheets features. Option to construct surveys that automatically return to data sheet is a feature. I like utilizing forms to conduct surveys, but the questions you can ask are restricted to what you can put in the column headings, so I have to travel to other platforms to do surveys and input the data again in my spreadsheet. You can't copy rows/columns from one smartsheet to another. It would be great since we use a lot of sheets and sometimes need to replicate them quickly.

This platform consolidates apps and evaluates data in real time. I suggest meeting with your Smartsheet salesperson and outlining your objectives so they can help you choose the best options.
