Scalable, automated hardware and software inventory and usage reporting feed powerful dashboards and extensive reports, making ITAM easier than ever. Native Windows, Mac, Linux, and ChromeOS clients also report connected monitors and storage drives. Integrations with Intune, JAMF, and PaperCut easily import other types of hardware. The customer support from Sassafras is among the best that I've experienced.

The product is incredibly flexible and can be configured to track exactly what you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a small learning curve but once you understand the program and product system, it becomes more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with Sassafras to understand all the features available to you and define your goals early on.

I experienced a lack of support from other vendors. Sassafras Tech Support are outstanding helping and very fashionable time to get my issue solved and my questions answered.
