What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
To evaluate data and apply it for advertising, deal-finding, and deal-closing, we use the remark area on each customer to ensure that each sales people is aware of who has approached whom. We're also using the reporting features, and the quantity of data we can manage with it is astonishing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how configurable Salesforce is, and how I can mix data to build insights inside multiple items. I also like that it enables for third-party connectors, which helps speed up the process of finding answers. It is quite simple to be used at various levels, and it is also very simple to personalize what you need to get outcomes from them if you require reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's quite tough to do it without the help of a trusted third party. Even though it offers excellent personalization, administration, and integration features, accomplishing all of this may appear straightforward, it is not; they provide minimal assistance in learning how to use every tool effectively, which may make the process laborious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce has been an excellent tool to achieve all of our business strategies, progressively scaling up, and evaluating our progress. The UI adjusts to our requirements, with a flexible API and main page to make using the application as simple as feasible. alesforce is an extremely versatile platform that has grown a lot and in a short time, thanks to all the updates that are constantly being brought to it. It is an ecosystem that can serve many industries, since it can have a specific product referring to any branch of work, so it can satisfy the needs of any type of client, which makes it the best software to store sales and details of orders for your organization as you can properly store important business data and reports in this software. It is very easy to send contracts to your client and view their information in one go, from this platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how customizable Salesforce can be, I love the fact that I can combine my data to create my analytics within different objects and that it allows for third-party integrations, which can help provide solutions to things very quickly because you also have the chat process and the email process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about Salesforce itself that I don't particularly dislike, the truth is that I have had an amazing experience using this software, but sometimes, it can have some bugs, which can be a bit annoying like not being able to use the flows correctly, but It is not something that prevents me from continuing to enjoy this program since it is something that does not happen constantly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is feature rich and blazing fast, it can be used as more than a sales tool, most of its features are easy to use and also super helpful like hints, coding window, Developer Console, SOQL, they are very useful features precise which makes it the most efficient and effective CRM we have ever used

Salesforce Training resources are easily available which is cost effective. Salesforce TrailHead program is outstanding and it helps to train engineer with minimal cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with various system and well thought architectural patterns for various use cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Data Ingestion can lead to lot duplicates and subsequently other issue. If you are customizing you need expert consultants's services.
