RingCentral MVP is a tool that offers telephony services for recording business calls which has a great similarity with the Grasshopper virtual system since both provide call services through applications to communicate with your clients, in which the user can Schedule audio or video conference recordings in advance with an automated system for managing contact details and keeping files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool has positive characteristics that make the service profitable since it has an automated assistant that manages the call, we can have collaboration between several users, we can enable the recording of incoming and outgoing calls, we can record up to 100,000 recordings which we can download to email them to users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment there is no function that displeases our organization since it meets expectations by offering a service and a flexible solution based on the cloud and it is ideas for small and large companies where they can implement it from Android (mobile) devices, iphone, and via web (computer).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend this tool since it is a system founded for automated interaction between companies and clients through calls and video conferences, which has 24/7 telephone assistance and was founded in 1999.

It is one of the best platforms that our organization has used for creating business calls, we have used it through a laptop or through our phone using a mobile application, it is a feature-rich platform with exceptional tools that help create a job either automatically or manually, it provides us with a series of features that help create and keep track of activities and calls, it provides features through which you can record all your calls, it is a tool that you can use for creation of business conferences, online meetings with your work team, among other functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service is undoubtedly the best that our organization has known, in recent years it has greatly improved its functions, without a doubt it is one of the best tools that allows us to create the best experience with our customers and carry out communications, either through text message or video conference with screen sharing.
