It is built with the ability to see and monitor all traffic as well as understand all applications. It won't work if an application is tunneled through different ports or protocols solely to mask traffic and avoid traditional security controls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prisma Access provides that ease and flexibility, allowing even a small group of people with the right knowledge to manage the configuration piece while Prisma Access handles the infrastructure and other aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like to see their work on improving visibility into what goes on inside the infrastructure of Prisma. Limitations where we don't have any visibility into what's going on with Prisma-managed infrastructure, so we need to call technical support for assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is built on the Google platform and uses the Google Premium Tier network; it connects with the nearest point of presence from wherever we initiate a connection, reducing latency furthermore we also access applications regardless of where they are hosted.

My favorite aspect of this product is its ability to provide a unified security product with a common policy framework and single-pane-of-glass management. This makes it easy to monitor and manage the security of all users, devices, and apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Prisma Access is that it may require some time and effort to set up and configure, especially for customers migrating from legacy proxy-based solutions.

The only downside I found is that the initial setup and configuration process may be a bit complicated.
