Founded in 2010, Pipedrive is the first CRM platform developed from the salesperson’s point of view. Inspired by proven methods of experienced sales people, Pipedrive engineers developed a platform that helps salespeople and teams focus on learning and repeating their most effective process to close deals. By bringing together the tools and data, the platform focuses sales professionals on fundamentals to advance deals through their pipelines. What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

price point and the usability of the software interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how it syncs our emails directly into the software. I also love how easily it integrated with Pandadoc, which is our fee proposal system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I required a separate fee proposal system, as the fee proposals that were in built in pipedrive are not as customisable as we would have liked

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool in a great price range. They are always trying to improve sections.
