What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Simply excellent customer support and easy to use!!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like having the option to call a possibility or be a client straightforwardly from the application, which makes it simple to circle back to your arrangements. This has every one of the standard subtleties that you would anticipate from a CRM. Notwithstanding, what I like the most is the development that portrays it above others, I truly like it each time an update is reported on the grounds that I generally utilize this apparatus without limit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sooner or later, I have considered changing to one more supplier several different times as my interest developed, and I have returned 100% of the time. Pipedrive doesn't have a solitary thing that I don't like and they are way in front of the remainder of the opposition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

With Pipedrive we have improved a lot in terms of organization with potential clients. With both clients and employees we have a phenomenal organization, registering every task from the moment they come in until they leave. Thanks to the ease of use of Pipedrive the automations have been greatly improved and the workflow is getting better and better. One of the main features is the report pipeline view, as well as the chatbot and web form available in almost every dashboard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the great advantages of Pipedrive is the customer support, it is excellent and very fast, we had a problem doing one of the initial configurations and they took less than 2 hours to solve the problem. We have all reports, projects and files in one central location, which makes everything much more organized. It is very easy to mark and take notes, so we can detail each failure and not make mistakes with each client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a big problem with the unlinking of emails that Pipedrive provides us with, we have a third party email manager perfectly synchronized but every so often we have to configure them again as they are deleted. The visual part is not very good either, when synchronizing any mail nothing is in order and sometimes you have to guess where each tool is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Pipedrive is a very well done product and attractive to any company, the performance we have thanks to Pipedrive is impressive because it organizes everything quickly and we do not have to be very aware if everything is automated. Pipedrive does not present an overload as CRM software because it adapts to any department in which it is required to be configured.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It helps in managing our sales pipeline and providing better solutions for our sales. It is best for small and medium size sales teams to manage and streamline their sale processes. It is helpful for sale businesses and will be able to monitor and manage sales deals and activities easily. It consists of multiple features which include integrated processes of emails, forecasting, time tracking, and many other helpful applications are integrated with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anyone can easily keep track of the performance of the organization due to its visual user interface. Permissions can be restricted for modifying and viewing sale pipelines. It helps in synchronizing your data into various storage apps such as Microsoft, Google, iCloud and many more storage apps. If you want to export your data its mapping feature helps a lot in exporting and importing data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

2 GB storage space is offered by its free trial version thus if more storage space is needed you must avail its premium version. Email features are also not available in its free version. If you need an additional feature you have to buy them. It may not be suitable for large operating teams as it has limited functional features.
