It has AI feature where the background can be customisable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Subtitle, when the live meeting happens, is the major favorite all

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it gets stuck majorly when updates happen, and we need to work on the implementation also.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product for the official connectivity with in the departments and organised process inbuilt

Besides being a great communication software, the tool also makes a great digital workplace solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ease of communication and the fact that it is a scalable software. I like the great digital workplace features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No issues at all with Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Microsoft Teams fully as it had been amazing as a digital Workplace and for communication. It meets business needs.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft soft have impressive integrations with Microsoft products like Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive which make it so different and very use tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using Microsoft teams is that it has background noise suppression and beautiful backgrounds to make calls and meetings convenient. Also, the video and audio quality of teams is fabulous.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface of Microsoft teams can be overwhelming for new user like finding out the reports and files in teams i little difficult and call management is also an issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool to those who are looking for quality.
