You can find a lot information from Microsoft, you have to go to a third party website to get support or download templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You have to be sure which will be the objetive of Power BI, since is only a visualization tools. It can help to do a descriptive analytics but is not the mean function

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

It is a business analytics tool that enables users to visualize and analyze data with ease. It is simple to use but personally, I think that one key differentiators for Power BI is its ability to work with a wide range of data sources. It can connect to data in Excel, SQL Server, and Azure, as well as a range of other online services and that, makes it an ideal tool for businesses that want to consolidate their data into one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an amazing and power packed with features business tool I love its ability to connect to various data sources and create reports and dashboards and its ability to collaborate with others and share reports. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and customize reports and the ability to export reports in different formats for offline use or for sharing with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things I don't like about Power BI. It can be quite slow to load, especially when you have a lot of data sources connected. Another thing I don't like is that it's not always very user-friendly. There are quite a few features which are not very well explained, so it can take a while to figure out how to use them and is not beginner friendly and I also don't like the way it handles relationships between data tables. It's not always clear how to create the relationships, and sometimes they don't work the way you expect them to. This makes it difficult to get the data you want.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are used to working with analytics software like Dash, I would definitely recommend you to switch onto this one but if you are already using Tableau Desktop, I would recommend to not bother switching as that provides better features and support than Microsoft Power BI.
