Integration with power Automate and PowerApps allow users to create workflows or custom applications that can interact directly with OneDrive files. 5. Advanced Sharing permission which has control over who can view, edit, or share files which internally and externally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Offline Access control limitation which how long files remains accessible offline would be a concern. 2. Some of advanced and useful features and settings are hidden in the admin setting which the controls are not easily accessible. 3. OneDrive lacks a dedicated feature to easily request files from external users. 4. External sharing permission can be confusing and requires more attention to avoid accidental access.
