What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms is easy to use and meets various user needs/cases. It is responsive, has many question types with branching capabilities, includes built-in analytics features, and allows users to embed multimedia.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Forms integrates seamlessly with Office 356 and Power Apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if Microsoft Embed a detailed step-by-step tutorial to help beginner users leverage the form's benefits, especially for users in the education sector.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be great to follow the official tutorials and best practices related directly to your industry, then try it yourself.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

It is easy to access. It is already integrated with most of the systems and tools used on a daily basis. The security levels are easy to control. Building and managing surveys is very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easily it can be used and managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There needs to be more branching and logic and more multimedia capabilities, like adding videos and sound to all parts of the form.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a tool that is easy to use, manage, build and distribute surveys then this is the best tool.
