What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

When searching for specific data, Microsoft Forms is an excellent tool since it aids in data collection and management and offers a fantastic mechanism for presenting the data in a dashboard manner. Microsoft Forms can design basic questionnaires and tests. It doesn't require special skills or knowledge to create or use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Surveys, quizzes, and contact forms are just a few examples of forms that can be made using Microsoft Forms, and users will find the tool intuitive and straightforward to use. In addition, I can quickly swap out the backdrop for something more to my liking. It's compatible with Microsoft Excel and offers analytical tools, different kinds of questions, skins you may customize, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft forms have several drawbacks, such as a limit on the number of questions I can ask in surveys, no way to save and return to a form, and no way to alter information after it has been entered. Furthermore, I wish all the statistics were more intelligent — provide me with the necessary information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use Microsoft Forms to create quizzes for formative evaluation in my eLearning programs. In addition, it is a valuable instrument for conducting surveys, polls, and other forms of quantitative data collection. Microsoft Forms is an excellent option if you need to gather information or run a study. There is no way Microsoft Forms could fail you.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms have made it simple for me to revise internal documents and forms. I can easily share my layout with external users. However, the most excellent part has been the ability to quickly build surveys and forms for communicating with and gathering client feedback and updating customer profiles. Excel sheets can be quickly and easily generated from the form results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple to use, and I can get information from a wide range of people by sending out invitation links and running surveys, quizzes, and polls. Since Microsoft has a user-friendly design, I have no trouble creating a suitable format for questions and answers. The ability to develop and disseminate forms on the fly, allowing for widespread participation and feedback from a large group of people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft's statistics for their forms are rather basic and could need a lot more work. I can't find much room to personalize the survey's layout. I always need an active internet connection to use any part of Microsoft Forms since the program is web-based only. It is not ideal if I need to work on things on the go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helped make polls and gather statistics. It establishes a two-way line of communication between the clients and us. This is a fantastic way to collect and analyze client feedback for new businesses or startups. If you're dealing with a small number of startups, you can use Microsoft Forms to assess and analyze the data.
