What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp has outgrown it's name from just a mailing platform to a full fledged marketing automation tool. It's email marketing is very easy to use and implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email campaign management and workflow set up is very user friendly as compared to other tools like Pardot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lead segmentation, scoring features are not very advanced as well as the data integration with CRM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's s good Marketing automation investment for businesses with high security and compliance

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

We tried to use Emfluence Marketing Platform, but the latter lacked many tools to be complete. Above all a knowledge base, the MailChimp on the other hand is quite complete, in addition to Emfluence Marketing Platform, MailChimp has forums frequently asked questions, which will help new users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is then about the use of a tool that helps to generate excellent results for all types of companies (large and small). And it even allows you to optimize time, efficiently managing each of the steps within the funnel in a personalized and fast way. The potential of marketing automation is that once this "machine" is set up, no human intervention is required during the conversion process. All emails, notifications and actions are executed automatically with the automation software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not listening to your client: even if the system suggests certain strategies or gives some answers to your consumers, you should take the time to read them, listen to them and be attentive to what they ask of you, so that in this way you can attend to their needs and do not walk away of you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Automation isn't about selling more, it's about attracting more leads and doing more personalized marketing. The use of marketing automation makes processes that would otherwise have been done manually much more efficient and time-controlled, as well as being able to carry out some cascading processes that would be impossible to do manually.

Mailchimp allows us to market our products and services with ease. We can collaborate with our customers from anywhere anytime across the world. Mailchimp has a responsive customer support team, very helpful and reliable. It is easy and simple to use and learn.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimp is a powerful and a complete software for email marketing. Nothing to dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For email marketing purposes, i recommend mailchimp.
