What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

I haven't used a similar product so cannot answer that specifically. Gong is a great tool that offers endless learning possibilities only limited by yourself.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to learn from my own conversations by receiving call coaching is fantastic, but even more so, it's amazing to listen to other's calls to glean insight and information, perspective, tips and tricks from their calls. It widens the scope of experience so much!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Without full training, it's a bit hard to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! It's a great investment in both your people and your customers.
