What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

GONG is my GoTo product. Key differentiators: reliability, consistency, shareable, actionable, usable, and intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect- GONG allows me to be "present" without the worry of taking notes or missing a word. I can truly focus on understanding my prospect's needs, building relationships, and sharing my company's value. GONG gives users the tools to easily guide the sales process from Intro Calls to Close, Customer Success, and beyond.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have found no flaws, only continual improvements, and enhancements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GONG is a must if you are looking for a Gamechanger tool, and the ability to exceed quotas.

not sure... pretty sure they are similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

definitely the ability to search through the transcript, makes it easy to find parts of calls / reference

What do you dislike most about this product?

that you the screen on the transcript automatically follows the text if you're playing the video even if you are trying to scroll to a different part

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

listen along as you read the transcript because it is often inaccurate
