Haven't used a product like it before. Super cool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very unique and useful. Great for training and to gain knowledge of status of relationship with customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really, pretty easy to use.

Super useful for all sales and marketing teams.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

I think the ease of use and feedback instantly is the best. The transcription of the calls is very good and I am always improving my call quality with each call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this is the Zoom Call Transcription. It saves me much time from having to notate after each call. This enables me to review statements and remember promises made during the call. It also is easy to navigate and communicate with the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have any dislikes at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it and you will see excellent results with the coaching and training of your team.
