What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong has excellent options, easy to set the interface security and the functionalities on feedback collection from different websites is effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quality of Gong call recording is efficient and easy and secure access management platform and easy interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None from me to record from the Gong tools performance and their various capabilities. Easy to start with the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Gong features are easy, flexible and functional enough to offer amazing recording quality files and the conversation coaching functionalities is productive.

Fun product when it works but it doesn't work 100%

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

It does build excitement amongst the team when someone in sales closes a deal in another office, it builds a sense of unity

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The gong sound

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't work all the time, it seems like when it worked - it was fun but then when it didn't, IT had to figure out why and were the only ones able to problem solve

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool to keep the excitement levels high in an organization or specifically in sales then consider Gong but make sure you have a tech savvy teammate to trouble-shoot/someone in IT
