What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong made it incredibly simple for me to look back and analyze my customer calls. I can quickly locate areas of the call that I want to review. Gong has a marvelous recording system with which we can do a lot more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore everything about Gong like Scorecards, keywords, call coaching and other things. Furthermore, their staff is really accommodating and pleasant! I was able to connect with Melissa via video call, and she provided me with a wealth of information. It enables me to cover every aspect of the call in my follow-up and guarantees that I don't overlook anything. I can also play back at 1.5 or double speed, so I'm not wasting time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I despise how Gong shows upcoming calls. It's difficult to browse, and there is no extra data on scheduled calls; I wish there were more options, such as the ability to record all talks and more automation, so we could finish our work faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do you want to improve your sales skills? Have more productive conversations? Gong is for you if you responded yes to any of those questions. Every time you have a call, you'll want to review it! I enjoy being able to listen to calls from top performers on my team and learn from them to enhance my own selling style.

A great tool to analyze your calls!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I haven't used other call recorders but this has been very helpful to analyze my calls, improve my presentations, and share with my colleagues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The transcriptions are very accurate

No issues! I love it.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong has left a lasting impression on us. We are excited to raise our investment due to io's quick development and great conversational modules and features that allow me freely do whatever I want from a Conversational system as well as the fact that it sparks where our old system had always led us wrong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I haven't discovered such a strong and cleverly organized system as Gong. It is efficient, it is user-friendly, it is customizable, it is scalable, and finally, it is flexible. Gong has completely transformed consumer conversations into actionable analytics with far-reaching repercussions across our organization. Their technical team delivers a fantastic experience for us, from learning and purchasing to onboarding and assisting us in working on their platform to achieve our objectives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I despise how gong shows upcoming calls. It's difficult to browse, and there's no information about the impending calls. Another annoyance we discovered after registering was that none of our previous recorded calls had been allocated a speaker.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customers' chats with our corporation are one of our most important data assets but because inefficiency of our previous product they were compromised but now I am satisfied because I have Gong to maintain them and this has also increased our sales in a bit of time. Keeping these all benefits in mind my recommendation is that this is a must-have tool for businesses.
