The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Ceridian helped us to develop and advance in the different areas of human resources. We created with this application different strategies so that all employees could simplify their daily tasks and this will save us time in processes and decision making. In addition to providing us with fast and viable solutions with modern technology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This program has allowed us to perform analysis on cases of workers. The payroll upload option is a great benefit since it is done automatically and contains quick responses when uploading a new person. With it we can also check the status of each client and handle numbers and figures on a large scale.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some parts of the system are not easy to use for a person who does not constantly handle new technologies. It does not perform an automatic update from the computer, the employer must set up the process manually. Although it provides many accurate figures, it needs to incorporate the option to add VAT and taxes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The application should have tutorials indicating the meaning of each option. Improve the graphs and models for payroll. It should also include other basic mathematical formulas and finally be able to edit the documents with several devices at the same time.
