What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

This is an ever-expanding product. Sometimes that's a good thing, others times not so much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The WFM to payroll communication is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tax Services are horrible. The whole customer support system needs another over haul. It keeps getting worst each time they update the process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework and don't let them oversell you on things that are "in the works" it could be years until those features are available.

The ad hoc reporting tool is weak

It is a solid system, but you will need a BI tool to assist with reporting
