Support representatives are very knowledgeable and ready to help when you need it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how they are always improving and adding features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The downsides of Ceridian Dayforce are the FMLA and HR Incident management features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clients become the Q&A team when updates are made after the fact for changes unrelated to the actual update.
