The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
My favorite feature of dayforce is that it is accessible by all employees and management. Time off requests (vacation, sick, etc.) As HR, we utilize Dayforce to keep tabs on things like employee attendance, benefits, compensation adjustments, and more. I really like how everything is in one spot and how many options there are to expand the functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our payroll is now much more precise thanks to Dayforce WFM. Off-cycle manual checks are now largely unnecessary. The number of off-cycle paychecks issued to address payroll problems has decreased by 75%, and the number of cheques that required manual entry has decreased by 67%. There will be much more trust and cooperation between HR, Payroll, and workers if this is the case.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The twice-yearly upgrades can cause problems due to the fact that each customer has a different configuration. Dayforce tries to assist customers in minimizing disruptions by allowing them to try out the upgrade in a staging area in advance of the production rollout.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can see all of our staff members in one place thanks to Dayforce, where we can also conveniently access their individual data, pay, and job descriptions, as well as run reports.

Excellent platform for managing needs

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The time that is spent on manual payroll and HR activities has decreased thanks to Ceridian Dayforce. We switched from paper PTO requests in PDF format to an automated process. With almost all of their documentation, tools, and training being available on a single system, it has also reduced the time required for onboarding new staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how they constantly enhance and incorporate new features. The way the modules communicate with one another has significantly improved over time. The excellent user interface makes for a fun working environment for personnel. The new "Hub" has been successfully implemented and is quite adaptable. It is very simple for users to navigate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The FMLA and HR Incident management functions of Ceridian Dayforce are one of its drawbacks. The management of systematic vs. manual FMLA dates is challenging. Compared to the sections that are accessible to the management, HR Incidents are basic models that can only be maintained by HR.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a terrific and useful option, so go for it. It had well-coordinated features and tools for an overall full HR experience, and we benefited much from it. Ceridian was a great tool for managing our HR procedure; it met all of our organizational objectives, and we would encourage others to use it to their advantage.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
We set up Dayforce to be an all-in-one solution: payroll, benefits, and HR data are all in one location and, for the most part, interact with each other very imperceptibly. We have saved so much time since the implementation of Recruiting and Benefits/Open Enrollment in particular. Previously, these tasks were completed manually on paper.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our payroll accuracy has significantly improved since we started using Dayforce WFM, and the HR team's productivity has grown as a result of the reduction in the number of duplicate data entries. Additionally, it has provided real-time access to this information for the workers and their managers, which is yet another positive development for our department's relationship with its workers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the past years, we have been working to create best practices and streamline our internal systems and processes. For the HR and Payroll divisions, Dayforce has proved crucial in achieving this. Additionally, it enabled us to fully automate the payment of our distinct vacation and alternate job rates, thus decreasing the administration time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are familiar with Ceridian, you should know that it is an essential enhancement for anyone looking to maximize their professional potential. It takes no time to learn how to use this all-in-one software platform, which is an HR professional's dream. Your ability to combine all of your tasks into a single, fluid system will undoubtedly boost HR productivity.
