What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve for Confluence is a bit steep, and some of the features don't feel as polished as they could be. Once you get the hang of it, the site is quite user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All of our development's designs and testing plans are uploaded to Confluence, and the corresponding Jira task is linked from there. This facilitates a comprehensive review of the project's code history to identify any new contributors.
