What differentiates Clarity from other similar products?
It's different from other programs since it's so comprehensive and flexible that it can be tailored to any business's specific requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The flexibility and abundance of CA PPM's features and capabilities are its greatest strengths. CA consistently releases updates that improve the user interface and provide new features. You don't need any prior familiarity with computers to get it up and running.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As the number of workflows and data sets grows, there may be a delay in performance. There are several aspects in the Portfolio that are inefficient. When the workload increases, the applications appear unstable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Small and medium-sized businesses can benefit greatly from this all-in-one PPM tool. You can manage your whole project portfolio with this tool, ensuring that everything gets done on schedule and under budget. As an added bonus, it can be accessed through the cloud, making it ideal for first-time users who don't want to spend too much time or money getting up and running with the program.

What differentiates Clarity from other similar products?
CA service desk is a user-friendly and powerful tool to manage project changes and incidents. A straightforward interface for ticket creation and incident management, ability to get reports on incident tickets. We also use ticket templates that make our life straightforward to clone them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I favor the foremost about CA Service desk Management is that it permits you to follow up on each of the tickets that users report, it permits you to compile documentation regarding the case, attended and resolved, and in addition generates metrics that are used for performance evaluations. Of the analysts who deal with these reported cases, additionally at the interface level is modifiable, so you’ll be able to create the tool look as you see fit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don’t like about the CA Service Desk Manager is that generally, it’s quite slow once entering the application or updating the documentation of any of the tickets, and sometimes it is necessary to shut the application and run it again because it stays hung, I believe this could be corrected to boost the experience of these who use this application daily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’ve got not used CA Service desk Management before, I like to recommend you utilize your trial version so that you can discover the advantages of this glorious application, beforehand I can assure you that it’ll assist you to produce a more efficient service.
